- Curvydiosa LLC dropships it's products through a third party vendor within the United States.
- Packages will either be delivered through USPS, UPS, or DHL and shipping fees are calculated by their standard requirements.
- All major credit cards are accepted we also offer express pay with Apple pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

*Due to COVID-19 we will not be honoring returns until further notice as a protection for you the customer as well as us the seller.*
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
*Due to COVID-19 returns will not be accepted at this time until further notice as a protection for you the customer and us the seller. Because we are not accepting returns we will offer a refund in the form of store credit. and a waived shipping fee.If your items have been shipped and are in transit within the post office, Curvydiosa LLC CANNOT offer you a refund.

Exchanges
Due to COVID-19 all sales are final and are not eligible for an exchange at this time until further notice. We will at our discretion offer a reasonable discount or free shipping toward your next order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
